This class will start with a brief history of transponder systems in cars. We will discuss the early simple does up to the encrypted and rolling systems. The class will cover tools used to program thru OBD2 and programming by eprom will be covered. We will also cover current tools available to clone transponder keys and the advantages and disadvantages. Basic troubleshooting of transponder systems and tools that help will also be covered.
